Programme Development

I have over twenty years of experience in informal learning, across three continents and multiple cultures. Most of my work has been in museums, though I also have experience working with archives, libraries, schools, and other cultural organisations. I have created programmes and materials for collections as diverse as the Brooklyn Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Jewish Museum, the Pinacoteca di Brera, and the temporary exhibitions at Palazzo Strozzi. These experiences have allowed me to work with publics that span from families to English language learners, and from school children to people with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.

I’ve created programmes and materials for:

  • Children

  • Families

  • Young people

  • Adults

  • Schools

  • Teachers and Educators

  • SEND/Access

  • EFL

I have experience designing:

Educator-led:

  • Single-visit experiences

  • Multi-visit cycles

  • Scaffolded, multi-year projects

Self-guided:

  • Exhibition labels

  • Interactive experiences and rooms

  • Drawing kits

  • Family kits
