I work with organisations across the third sector to develop strategies and programmes, with a particular focus on internal commitment, public engagement, and social change.

What I do
Strategy
I work primarily in Italy and the UK, supporting senior management and boards to develop or focus their strategic vision, translate it into deliverable actions, and apply it consistently and effectively to internal and external activities.
Programme Development
I have over twenty years of experience in informal and organisational learning, across three continents and multiple cultures. I have created programmes and strategy for organisations as diverse as the Brooklyn Museum, the Historical Archives of the European Union, and the Built Environment Trust and worked with publics that span from families to graduate students to CEOs.
Teaching
I have experience with teaching under-graduate and graduate students as well as professional audiences.
Editing & Translating
I edit English-language texts for clarity, flow, and tone; translate texts from Italian to English; and offer English-language coaching for fluency and confidence.
